About the Role

This Dubai-based role focuses on driving new SME and mid-corporate business across group medical life/PA and international benefits. You will build strong relationships with brokers HR leaders and consultants confidently presenting our clients capabilities and converting prospects into revenue. Working with internal teams you will manage the full sales cycle and ensure high-quality delivery. The role suits a proactive professional with a strong UAE benefits network and proven business-development success

Responsibilities
  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the SME and mid-corporate segment for employee benefits (group medical group life/PA international plans)
  • Develop and maintain relationships with brokers employers HR decision-makers consultants and other relevant market contacts
  • Present and pitch our employee benefits capabilities articulate value propositions and differentiate our clients in a competitive market
  • Leverage any existing employee-benefit portfolio and convert prospects into business producing measurable revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams (underwriting placement claims/service) to ensure solutions delivered meet client needs and maintain high-quality servicing
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting proposal negotiation closing handover to servicing team
  • Monitor market trends competitor pricing regulatory changes in the UAE benefits space and provide feedback and insights to leadership
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree (Business Insurance Finance or related discipline)
  • Minimum 5 years proven business development experience in the UAE employee benefits/health insurance market
  • Strong track-record of winning new benefits business (SME or mid-corporate) and preferably bringing an existing portfolio
  • Excellent relationships and network within UAE market: HR brokers insurers consultancy firms
  • Deep understanding of employee benefits products (group medical life/PA international health plans) and the placement process in UAE
  • Excellent communication presentation negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with strong drive results-oriented mindset ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Familiarity with UAE regulatory environment for employee benefits and health insurance (DHA CBUAE regulations etc)
  • Professional demeanour strong ethics and ability to represent the company brand
  • Fluent in English; additional languages an advantage
