OurTeam are searching for a Business Development Manager. You will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients. You will be responsible for expanding our client base and promoting our outsourcing services to a diverse range of industries. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for sales and a proven track record in business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach to potential clients in need of outsourcing services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals, including identifying target markets and tailoring approaches to specific client needs.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and service agreements that clearly articulate the value of our outsourcing solutions.
- Negotiation & Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with prospective clients, leading to successful contract signings.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to continuously refine sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our recruitment and operations teams to ensure that client expectations are met and that our services align with client needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the staffing, outsourcing, or HR services industry.
- Strong understanding of outsourcing services and the staffing industry, including market trends and competitive landscape.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to thrive in a commission-only role, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
