Business Development and Partnerships Manager (English & Arabic Fluent)
Are you the master of travel partnerships ready to scale a category-defining super-app?

You are the connecting force between supply and demand. You understand that in the travel world, content is king, and you have the negotiation skills to ensure our travellers get the best deals on flights, hotels, and digital services. We are looking for a Business Development and Partnerships Manager to join a fast-growing travel-tech company that is currently doubling its traffic month-on-month.

In this role, you will:
  • Drive the commercial strategy: You will own the revenue and margin targets across all verticals, from flights and hotels to e-sims and mobility.
  • Negotiate at scale: You will identify, onboard, and manage relationships with global airlines, hotel chains, and aggregators, ensuring we have the most competitive rates in the market.
  • Lead market expansion: You will play a central role in expanding the platform’s footprint across Iraq and the wider GCC region.
  • Collaborate across functions: You will work hand-in-hand with Marketing to design “traveler-first” campaigns and with Product to ensure seamless API and system integrations.
Who are you?
  • You are a travel industry veteran with 6–9 years of experience in business development or commercial management within an OTA, airline, or hospitality sector (this is a must).
  • You are fluent in Arabic and English, essential for navigating regional partnerships and global negotiations.
  • You have a "Startup Mindset" – you are biased for action, comfortable with chaos, and highly resourceful.
  • You are a master of OTA distribution systems, GDS, and channel managers.
