Job summary

A leading property management firm in Dubai is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth in short-term rentals. This role involves acquiring new properties, building strong relationships with owners, and conducting market research. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in business development within the hospitality or real estate sectors. Proficiency in English and Arabic, along with a valid UAE driving license, is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years in Business Development, Sales or relationship management.
  • Experience in hospitality, short-term rentals, property management, or real estate.
  • Proven experience in owner acquisition and commercial negotiations.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • UAE real estate experience is a strong advantage.
  • UAE Driving license and own vehicle is must.
  • Languages: English & Arabic.

Responsibilities

Business Development Executive will support the growth of the short-term rental portfolio by acquiring new properties, building strong owner relationships, and supporting commercial negotiations.

Portfolio Growth & Owner Acquisition
  • Identify, approach, and onboard property owners, landlords, and investors for short-term rental management
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
  • Pitch the company’s STR and revenue model clearly and confidently
  • Support negotiations on management agreements, commercial terms, and onboarding conditions.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective owners and referral partners
  • Support partnerships with brokers, agencies, developers, and referral sources
  • Participating in exhibitions, networking events, and property showcases
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly acquisition targets
Market Intelligence & Commercial Support
  • Conduct market research on rentals, ADRs, occupancy trends, and competitor offerings
  • Assist in preparing business proposals, pitch decks, and performance reports
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with Operations, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Finance teams
  • Support unit onboarding including documentation, compliance, and readiness timelines
  • Ensure handover from BD to Operations is smooth and well-documented
  • Ensure all client interactions and data are logged accurately in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Act as the voice of the owner in internal planning and strategy discussions.
Qualifications
