You will be responsible for sales of software solutions and products that the company deals in. You need proven sales skills to penetrate the market with software products like Windows, Office 365, Firewall, etc.

Designation: Business Development Manager (Male Candidates)

Experience: 1-3 Years

Job Details: Primary responsibility to generate leads, make strong solution sales pitches, negotiate, and close deals for IT products. Familiarity with technologies like Cloud Services, Microsoft Products, Firewall, Internet Bandwidth, Antivirus solutions, etc., is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Relation Building
  2. Generate leads, make sales pitches, negotiate, and close deals.
  3. Work closely with senior management to define and execute sales strategies.
  4. Achieve aggressive targets through daily calls and field visits in the territory.
  5. Provide inputs to product management based on customer needs, trends, and competition to help build the product roadmap.
  6. Build executive and stakeholder relations.
  7. Execute sales campaigns.

Reporting, Projects, and Target Structure:

  1. Provide weekly dashboard reports, analysis, and projections based on data.
  2. Generate new business revenue through cross-selling, up-selling, and greenfield accounts.
  3. Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual targets and forecasts.
  4. Share important client feedback for discussion or action.
  5. Attend daily team and support meetings.
