A specialized consultancy in Abu Dhabi seeks a Business Development professional to drive market expansion and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience, specifically in aviation, defense, or government consulting, and successfully securing high-value contracts. This role requires a solution-oriented approach, target achievement, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
Identify new market opportunities and develop a robust pipeline of prospects across sectors. Drive expansion strategies for both regional and international markets. Build and manage long-term relationships with government clients, OEMs, suppliers, and stakeholders. Ensure client satisfaction through solution-oriented engagements. Develop tailored proposals and presentations addressing client needs. Lead the preparation and submission of RFPs, RFQs, and tenders. Meet or exceed revenue targets and growth KPIs. Establish partnerships with OEMs, logistics providers, and service vendors. Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery timelines to maximize mutual benefit. Analyze trends, competitor strategies, and procurement patterns in defense, aviation, and marine sectors. Provide insights and recommendations for product / service positioning. Work closely with operations, project management, and consulting teams to ensure seamless execution of contracts and service delivery
