Job summary

A prominent hospitality company in the United Arab Emirates is looking for a Training & Development Specialist to design and deliver comprehensive training programs.   • Training Program Development: Design and deliver training programs for all levels, including onboarding, leadership development, technical skills training, and service excellence.
  • Training Coordination: Coordinate, execute, and follow up on all training activities within the hotel, ensuring resources and opportunities are maximized.
  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, adjusting as necessary.
