A leading automotive company is looking for a Branch Sales Support Executive in Ajman. This role is key in supporting sales operations, ensuring documentation accuracy and stock management while enhancing customer experience. A high school diploma and at least 2 years of relevant experience are required, along with proficiency in SAP and MS Office. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar sales support or dealership operations role.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP for documentation, invoicing, and system updates.
  • Experience supporting retail automotive or sales operations environments.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage deal packs for invoicing and vehicle delivery.
  • Coordinate sales operations including demo and marketing units.
  • Manage aged stock vehicles and support physical stock verification.
