About the job Branch Manager Luxury projects

Our clientis seeking a Branch Manager to oversee the development management, delivery, and profitability of assigned projects. This role encompasses all aspects of event management, including content development, prospection, commercial performance, and meeting internal and external KPIs. The Branch Manager will also lead the project team.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initial pitch to final delivery and post-event wrap-up.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Manage communication and coordination with all internal and external stakeholders, including teams, partners, suppliers, clients, licensing authorities, and venues.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients and partners, ensuring smooth communication throughout the project.
• Workflow and Process Management: Develop and manage specific workflows and processes to ensure efficient project operations.
• KPI Setting and Achievement: Establish appropriate project KPIs and ensure they are met.
• Budget Management: Own the project budget, updating it regularly to accurately reflect costs and revenues for tracking commercial performance.

• Event Management: Skilled in organizing complex events with multiple components.
• Commercial Acumen: Comfortable managing commercial aspects of a project, understanding cost and revenue streams, and delivering a positive P&L.

• Effective Communicator: Skilled in consulting with stakeholders to agree on actions, outcomes, and targets within a collaborative environment.
• Knowledgeable: Well-versed in event production, content creation, operations, and logistics.
• Over 10 years of experience in event management, delivering complex projects.
• We are looking for applicants with technical knowledge in architecture/ enginery/fit-out
• Prior experience working in the Middle East with a robust network in Dubai.
• Experience with luxury brands/ industry is mandatory
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Previous experience in brand creation and development is an advantage
