We are currently seeking an ambitious UAE National to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team working together to provide a world class service to our most valuable clients.

In this role, you will:
  • Manage the delivery of RBWM Plan to develop a best-in-class Premium business, enhancing and shaping the customer experience while maintaining a balanced approach to risk.
  • Lead, coach and manage a branch team to ensure delivery of the AOP.
  • Create a retail environment where Managers and staff maximize sales and income opportunities whilst providing excellent service quality.
  • Ensure sales floor management (SFM) is effectively run within the branches.
  • Maintain the levels of operational integrity prescribed by the banks procedures manuals
  • Closely manage and drive the individual and collective performance of branches within the job holders responsibility
  • Developing a customer contact strategy based upon a good understanding of the local market and customer base and competitor activity. Being an active member of the business community as a representative of HSBC.
  • Identify development potential within the branches to guide individuals to maximize their potential.
  • Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
  • Graduate degree is mandatory is a must for UAE Visa and Work Permit
  • Proven ability in team leadership and branch management.
  • Prior experience in Retail sales and relationship management in the Retail sector.
  • Proven ability of managing performance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a particular emphasis upon inspiring, influencing and negotiating.
  • Coaching - sales techniques, best practice, and sales management, on a team and one to one basis.
  • Skilled in planning, organizing and problem solving
