Job summary

A leading company in the construction industry is seeking a BIM Modeler specializing in plumbing. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in MEP construction BIM modeling. Responsibilities include technical plumbing modeling, coordination meetings, and adherence to BIM standards. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of AED 4000 per month.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

1. Technical knowledge in plumbing modeling with minimum BIM LOD 350; higher LOD is a bonus.
2. Basic CAD skills.
3. Knowledge in BIM360 submission and documentation.
4. Model coordination & clash checking in Revit and Navisworks; knowledge in Revizto is a bonus.
5. Understanding and adherence to project BIM execution plan.
6. Ability to conduct BIM meetings with consultants and coordination meetings with other disciplines.
7. Familiarity with BIM standards such as Uniclass, OmniClass, and COBie.
