Overview

Mira Construction L.L.C is on the lookout for a creative and detail-oriented BIM Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies to enhance project delivery, improve collaboration, and streamline construction processes. The BIM Engineer will work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure effective usage and management of BIM in all phases of construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage 3D BIM models for various construction projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate engineering and architectural designs within the BIM environment.
• Conduct clash detection analysis and coordinate with project teams to resolve issues before construction.
• Provide technical support and training to project staff on BIM software and best practices.
• Assist in the generation of construction documentation and 2D drawings from BIM models.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, standards, and practices to improve project outcomes.
• Participate in project meetings and present BIM-related information to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a BIM Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry in UAE.
• Strong proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations applicable to BIM.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English, with additional languages being advantageous.
