Job summary

A leading construction firm in Dubai is looking for a BIM Architectural Modeller with at least 5 years of experience and proven skills in Revit modelling. The successful candidate will work on a detailed design project for a shopping mall facade renovation, collaborating closely with Senior Architects and various engineering disciplines. Immediate availability is required, and this is a full-time on-site role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM modelling, specifically in architectural design.
• Experience producing detailed Revit models for design packages.
• Ability to communicate and coordinate with various disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Create technical drawings from models based on specifications.
• Prepare and review Revit models and associated documents.
• Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to redraft and improve designs.

Job description

BIM Architectural Modellers with Interior Fitout Modelling experience with minimum of five years experience in modelling Fitout components and deriving shop drawings from the model. Type of project: Detailed Design package for a shopping mall facade renovation Level of experience needed: Experience producing Revit models for architectural Detailed Design packages. The selected candidates will be working under the supervision of our Senior Architects.
Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
Preparing Revit model as well as creating sheets & annotations for the same.
Communication and coordinating with various disciplines and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.
Preparing reviewing and redrafting alongside the architecture and engineering team.

Additional Information

Minimum 57 years of experience in architectural works minimum of 3 years in a design consultancy. Applicants must be already inside UAE Availability: Immediate (within 1 week)
