About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Bike Rider Fleet Manager who already has access to a ready pool of motorcycle delivery riders in Dubai.
This person will be responsible for quickly deploying, managing, and scaling a fleet of bike riders to support high-volume delivery operations.

This is not a recruiter role — this is a hands-on fleet owner / fleet operator role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide and onboard a pre-existing network of bike delivery riders
• Ensure riders have valid:
  • UAE bike license
  • Visa / Emirates ID
  • RTA permits (if required)
• Assign riders to delivery platforms and daily shifts
• Manage attendance, punctuality, and rider discipline
• Track and improve:
  • Order completion rate
  • Delivery time
  • Rider availability
• Replace riders quickly if someone leaves or underperforms
• Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams
• Maintain rider records, contracts, and compliance

Mandatory Requirements

• Must already manage or have direct access to multiple bike delivery riders in Dubai
• Experience working with food or e-commerce delivery platforms (Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Noon, etc.)
• Strong operational control over riders (attendance, replacements, scheduling)
• Ability to scale the fleet fast when volumes increase
