What You’ll Do
  • Preparation of Technical and Commercial service proposals. Provide administrative, technical and commercial support to Sales team
  • Work to create and develop scope of proposals together with other departments and entities.
  • Request and receive pricing from affiliate vendors to support proposals
  • Engagement and collaboration with other departments and entities to handle orders
  • Participate in process improvement activities
  • To always represent the organization in a professional manner, both internally and externally. To follow the published processes and align with all company policies and procedures. To be an ambassador for the businesses and in particular to ensure that Health & Safety comes first at all times
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related. A minimum of 3 years’ experience is similar role, preferably in the energy or oil & gas sector
  • Knowledge of Rotating Equipment. Working knowledge of sales cycles and processes. Knowledge of CRM Tool (or other similar system). Experience of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Access) is essential
  • Previous Experience with complex tender compilation / preparation
  • Strong Business Acumen and Commercial sense
  • Methodical with a high level of attention to detail. Strong work ethic and commitment to succeed. Good interpersonal skills and a strong team player with effective communication skills
  • It is preferred to have experience of working in a Sales team and working with Sales calculations
