Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development/Sales roles within the FX & CFDs industry.
• Good understanding of trading platforms and core FX & CFDs products.
• Proven ability to acquire new IBs/partners and manage client portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs).
• Maintain and grow existing IB and client relationships.
• Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets and KPIs.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and track pipelines.
• Ensure compliance during onboarding of IBs and clients.
• Represent the company at industry events.
