Apt Resources is seeking skilled Bartenders for an Upmarket Jazz Bar and Restaurant renowned for its elegant ambiance and top-notch service.

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve high-quality cocktails and beverages in a stylish and engaging manner
• Engage with patrons providing exceptional service and fostering a welcoming environment
• Curate and maintain an innovative drink menu that complements the jazz bar concept
• Assist in creating a lively atmosphere by setting up and maintaining the bar area in line with the venues upscale aesthetic
• Educate guests about our drink offerings and suggest pairings with menu items
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Manage the inventory including ordering and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Bartender particularly in an upscale or jazz-themed environment
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails spirits and wines
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting
• Strong attention to detail and a flair for presentation
• Familiarity with bar equipment and techniques
• Relevant certification or training in bartending or mixology is preferred
