Barista vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for an experienced, passionate and customer-oriented Barista to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the art of coffee making, excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

The duties of the Barista include making and serving hot and cold beverages, preparing food items such as sandwiches, pastries, salads, etc. as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the shop. This includes cleaning all coffee machines and equipment, stocking shelves with product and ensuring that all health codes are adhered to. The Barista will also be responsible for delivering excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and promptly taking orders while providing helpful advice on menu items.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a similar role with a proven track record for producing outstanding coffee beverages. Additionally, they must possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers as well as fellow staff members. A friendly attitude is essential along with the ability to multitask in a busy environment while remaining calm under pressure. The successful candidate will be offered a salary of 1500 AED per month plus additional benefits according to company policy. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this position if they possess the necessary qualifications and experience.
