We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Bar Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bar, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of bartenders and servers.

  • Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, quality control, and adherence to health and safety standards
  • Lead, train, and motivate bar staff to maintain high levels of customer service and operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement innovative cocktail menus and beverage programs to enhance guest experience
  • Ensure compliance with local liquor laws and regulations
  • Manage bar inventory, place orders, and control costs to maximize profitability
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall Food & Beverage operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Assist in scheduling and staffing to meet business demands
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures for all beverages served
Qualifications
  • College diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in bar management or supervisory role
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and current beverage trends
  • Strong understanding of bar operations, inventory management, and cost control

  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
  • Must be eligible to work in the United Arab Emirates
