Responsibilities

• Supervise daily bakery production activities and ensure smooth workflow.
• Plan and execute production schedules based on orders and forecast.
• Monitor product quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Ensure the availability of raw materials and coordinate with procurement.
• Maintain proper stock of ingredients and packaging materials.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely order dispatch.
• Maintain PO Vs actual Dispatch.
• Ensure high standards in cake finishing, in line with compliance requirements, local authority guidelines, and established food safety and quality standards.
• Monitor expiration of raw materials and finished products.
