Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading entertainment, leisure, and hospitality group in the UAE to recruit a highly talented B2B Sales Executive to expand their corporate partnerships with a particular focus on securing school field trip bookings and driving business growth.

The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business clients, nurturing relationships, and driving sales for school field trips, corporate events, group bookings, and other revenue-generating opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage potential corporate clients, including schools, businesses, and organizations.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive B2B revenue growth with a strong emphasis on school field trip bookings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions.
  • Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and site visits with potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and promotional campaigns targeting schools and other institutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
  • Analyze data and identify potential areas for growth and improvements.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline and CRM records for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Seek out, plan, and execute outdoor activations to engage potential clients and increase brand visibility.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the family entertainment, hospitality, events, or leisure industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a necessity.
  • Arabic language is a plus.
