Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural.
• IATA Certificate preferred for airport project.
• Min 10 years relevant experience for Senior Architect role, min 15 years experience for Principal Architect role.
• Experience in MASTER PLANNING in aviation industry is a must.
• Some experience in project management or business development is ideal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Architects and designers.
• Guide the team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients on design requirements.
• Communicate with contractors about construction progress.
• Review architectural plans for compliance with local regulations.
• Identify improvements based on environmental factors.
• Meet with contractors on construction details.
• Create diagrams and visual representations of designs.
• Plan and implement designs for structures.
• Compile feasibility reports, determine environmental impact.
• Create project proposals with timelines and estimated costs.
• Assess client needs and present design projects.
• Develop project proposals and adjust designs as necessary.
• Prepare drawings and construction documents.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Manage project teams and collaborate with professionals.
• Oversee public safety during and after project completion.
