What You'll Do:

This is a developmental role where you'll work under the guidance of experienced AV Consultants, learning the ropes of specialized audiovisual system design. You will support project delivery from concept through to completion.

Your day-to-day:

• Assist in designing AV systems (audio, video, conferencing, control) for hotels and hospitality spaces.
• Help integrate AV with other systems like lighting control and GRMS.
• Support planning of AV tech spaces think racks, control rooms, projection booths.
• Contribute to drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Join site surveys, review submissions, and assist in coordination with architects, engineers, and consultants.

What We're Looking For:

Must-Haves:

• Degree in AV Tech, Engineering, Electronics, or IT.
• Basic knowledge of AV equipment and signal flow.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, good time management, and a team-focused attitude.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Familiarity with AV control systems (Crestron, Q-SYS, AMX).
• Awareness of AV certifications (CTS, Dante) or manufacturer training.
• Basic AutoCAD, Stardraw, or similar design software.
• Internship or experience in AV, events, consultancy, or construction.
