A leading automotive company in the UAE is seeking a dedicated Cost Clerk for their Aftersales department. The role involves reviewing labor, parts, and invoicing to ensure financial accuracy. Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of overall experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in the automotive industry preferred.
  • Basic technical knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate labour and parts line items in service orders.
  • Apply discounts in consultation with the Aftersales Manager.
  • Raise Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) for sublets and bought-out items.
  • Compile incentive and overtime summaries for direct and non-direct productive staff.
  • Ensure timely closing of orders by obtaining relevant approvals.
