Job summary

A leading financial services provider is seeking an Operations Executive in Dubai. The successful candidate will support the business by maximizing approvals for auto finance and lease deals. Responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for transactions, validating documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates will have a diploma or degree and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in financial services, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in English. Arabic skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or consumer banking.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Understanding of auto sales processes at the dealer level.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for auto finance and lease transactions.
• Validate data and documentation for deal submissions.
• Track turnaround times and liaise with bankers and credit teams.
• Validate LOIs/LPOs and generate lease agreements upon approval.
• Ensure compliance with central bank rules and maintain accurate records.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
