In this role, you will oversee and guide innovative interior design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results for our clients across the Middle East.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of interior designers and architects, fostering creativity and professional growth.
• Develop and implement design strategies aligned with client objectives and project requirements.
• Oversee multiple large-scale interior design projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regional building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Stay current with industry trends and innovative design solutions to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in interior design and architecture, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
