Total compensation (equivalent): AED 30,000 – 42,000/month
  • Base:AED 30,000/month
  • Performance bonus:up to40% of annual base, paid inDecember based on structured performance criteria
  • (At maximum bonus, this equals ~AED 42,000/month total compensation equivalent.)
  • Annual salary increase:10% compounding each year
  • Health insurance:Category A (worldwide; top UAE clinics/hospitals) + option for spouse/kids
  • UAE visa + official DMCC employment contract
  • Paid annual leave:30 calendar days + round-trip economy flight to home country

Role summary

This is a hands-on execution role. You will take tasks from scratch, figure out the solution, and deliver results end-to-end. This is not a managerial role. You must be comfortable switching between admin work and operational tasks, and working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.

What you will do (ownership + execution)
  • Own complex tasks end-to-end: research, calls, follow-ups, coordination and closing loops.
  • Produce clear written communication: follow message threads accurately, extract actions, respond professionally and ensure timely follow-up without losing context.
  • Handle a mix of business and personal tasks with strong judgment and attention to detail.
  • Track tasks in digital systems and ensure nothing is missed.
  • Execute in-person tasks when required (DMCC office, Principals’ premises or other assigned locations).
  • Keep quality high: validate details, catch mistakes early, and avoid rework.

Working hours

6 working days per week

1 day off per week

Working hours are flexible and task-based — not fixed office hours. High availability and fast response are required, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Most of the time work will be remote, but the assistant must be ready to show up at the Principals’ premises or execute tasks in person at any time when required. Must be reachable throughout the day and available to respond, act, or follow up immediately on assigned duties.
