Overview

As the Assistant Wellness & Programming Manager, you will support the design, coordination, and delivery of immersive guest experiences that align with our property’s wellness, nature, and adventure ethos. This role bridges thoughtful planning with on-the-ground execution, helping bring our vision of transformative, purpose-driven travel to life. You will assist in curating and managing a dynamic calendar of wellness activities, cultural programming, and seasonal events—ensuring every guest experience is enriching, seamless, and deeply rooted in place.

Responsibilities
  • Program Design & Execution - Assist in the development and execution of daily wellness, adventure, and cultural programming that reflects the property’s values and seasonal rhythms.
  • Program Design & Execution - Support the curation of holistic experiences, including yoga, meditation, nature immersions, creative workshops, and local artisan collaborations.
  • Program Design & Execution - Ensure all activities are delivered with consistency, professionalism, and attention to guest well-being.
  • Guest Engagement & Personalization - Interact directly with guests to promote programming, gather feedback, and help tailor offerings to individual needs and interests.
  • Guest Engagement & Personalization - Act as an on-site ambassador of wellness and connection, creating warm, authentic interactions that enhance guest satisfaction and emotional resonance.
  • Operational Support - Coordinate logistics for daily and special events, including space setup, equipment, partner scheduling, and guest communications.
  • Operational Support - Ensure all wellness spaces are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness, ambiance, and functionality.
  • Collaboration & Partnership - Work closely with the Wellness & Programming Manager to build partnerships with visiting practitioners, local experts, and experience providers.
  • Collaboration & Partnership - Support cross-departmental collaboration to ensure programs are seamlessly integrated into the broader guest journey.
  • Content & Storytelling - Assist marketing and communications teams by providing updates, stories, and visual content that bring our programming to life across digital platforms.
  • Content & Storytelling - Contribute to the creation of guest materials such as itineraries, activity guides, and seasonal calendars.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality, wellness, events, or lifestyle programming.
  • Passion for wellness, nature, and creating meaningful human experiences.
  • Background in holistic health, fitness, hospitality, or cultural curation is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable leading small group sessions or hosting guest activities when needed.
