A leading luxury real estate firm is seeking an experienced professional to support business growth in the premium property segment. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience in real estate, exceptional leadership and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of Dubai's luxury market. Responsibilities include managing high-value transactions, key client relationships, and leading a team to achieve sales targets. A bachelor's degree in Business or Real Estate is required, and RERA certification is preferred.
Support the Vice President in driving business growth within the luxury property segment.
Manage key client relationships including UHNWIs developers and institutional investors.
Lead high-value transactions involving luxury residential and commercial properties.
Supervise and mentor a team of real estate professionals to meet sales and service targets.
Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing legal and operations teams for smooth deal execution.
Ensure adherence to RERA guidelines and uphold the highest standards of compliance and ethics.
Represent the organization at industry forums luxury expos and investor roadshows.
Strong understanding of Dubais premium real estate landscape and buyer behavior.
Proven track record in high-value deal-making and relationship management.
Exceptional communication leadership and negotiation skills.
Bachelors degree in Business Real Estate or related field (MBA preferred).
RERA certification or eligibility is highly preferred.
