Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa, fitness center, and pool areas in the absence of the department head.
  • Support the Director of Spa & Recreation in team leadership, scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Assist with guest engagement, ensuring all wellness offerings exceed expectations in service and ambiance.
  • Manage inventories and supplies, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all areas.
  • Monitor guest feedback and collaborate to implement service enhancements.
  • Support revenue growth by promoting spa treatments, fitness programs, and retail offerings.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in spa, wellness, or recreation management within a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A proactive and guest-focused mindset with a passion for wellness and relaxation experiences.
  • Certification in fitness, spa therapy, or hospitality management is preferred.
