Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction, especially for Arabic‑speaking clientele.
• Lead, train and motivate service staff to maintain performance and morale.
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Support in managing inventory, staff scheduling and supplier coordination.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness and overall customer experience.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
• Act as a communication bridge between Arabic‑speaking customers and non‑Arabic‑speaking staff when needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant supervision or assistant management.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Tourism or related field.
