Superior University, Ras Al Khaimah Campus, is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Assistant Professorwith aPhD in Computer Science or a related discipline (e.g., Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering)to join its academic team.

The successful candidate will play a key role inteaching undergraduate students,supervising postgraduate research, andcontributing to high-quality research publicationsin line with university and MOHESR policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses in Computer Science / AI and related areas.
• Supervise postgraduate students’ research, theses, and projects.
• Conduct independent and collaborative research and publish inScopus-indexed journalsas per university research policy.
• Contribute to curriculum development, assessment, and academic quality assurance.
• Participate in academic advising, committees, and university service activities.
• Support accreditation, quality assurance, and academic audits as required.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related fieldfrom a recognized institution.
• Demonstrated ability to teach effectively at the undergraduate level.
• Evidence of research output or potential, with publications inScopus-indexed journals.
• Experience in postgraduate supervision (preferred).
• Familiarity with outcome-based education and higher education quality standards is an advantage.
• Strong subject knowledge in Computer Science / AI-related areas.
