  • Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing a wide range of desserts, pastries, and baked goods
  • Follow recipes accurately while maintaining consistency and quality
  • Contribute creative ideas for new dessert menu items and seasonal specials
  • Ensure proper food handling, storage, and safety practices are followed at all times
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of desserts
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering of pastry supplies
  • Train and mentor junior pastry staff members
  • Adapt to the fast-paced environment of Dubai's competitive culinary scene
Qualifications
