Key Responsibilities
  • Design processes and interventions around talent management, organisational development, and employee engagement.
  • Manage internal talent exchange operations.
  • Execute talent development processes and support succession planning for key positions.
  • Assess competencies/potential for talent segmentation.
  • Design individual development plans for top talent.
  • Hire interns and graduate trainees from premium schools and develop/deliver management trainee programs.
  • Set succession planning guidelines for critical positions across the group.
  • Develop career paths detailing cross-functional/location mix.
  • Design and review structures for all businesses and territories across the Group.
  • Develop manpower plans with business heads per proposed structure requirements.
  • Design, communicate, and roll out new employee engagement processes.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources Management.
  • 3-5 years of generalist Human Resources experience.
  • Relevant experience in managing Talent Management processes.
  • Knowledge of HR systems, processes, and policies.
