As an Assistant Manager, Employee Residences you will be responsible for administrative and operational tasks associated with running the Employee Residences, as well as handling the daily transactions in the office of Employee Residences. You will be participating in all Employee Residences initiatives across the organization and ensure confidentiality of information and business knowledge. Along with dealing with employee matters you will have to deal with all related human resources queries and requests to ensure a smooth running of the office.
We’re looking for someone with relevant experience in a similar role and a genuine passion for employee residences. You should have a solid understanding of administrative processes, exceptional communication skills, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. In addition, excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to maintain a high level of confidentiality are essential. Experience in team leadership or supervisory training is highly desirable, along with the maturity and empathy required to support colleagues with personal matters.
