Job description

Support DET’s AI transformation journey by facilitating the adoption and integration of AI technologies and processes.

The role involves coordinating AI projects, driving AI transformation activities/initiatives and to promote AI adoption throughout effective communication, training and stakeholder engagement. This role ensures alignment between AI initiatives and DET’s AI objectives while applying strong project management and presentation skills to deliver successful outcomes and ensure the successful implementation and sustainability of AI transformation initiatives.

Core Functional Responsibilities
  • Support in planning, tracking and executing AI transformation initiatives to meet objectives and timelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition and successful integration of AI transformation initiatives across DET
  • Conducts evaluations of AI tools from a business perspective, in collaboration with internal stakeholders such as the IT, IS, and privacy departments
  • Prepare documentation, presentations and progress reports for the Chief AI Officer
  • Develop and deliver training and awareness sessions, workshops to build AI readiness across DET
  • Manages the AI communication plan and regularly communicating AI updates to all employees via DET intranet
  • Conduct surveys from employees and stakeholders to gather feedback and to identify adoption barriers and to provide recommendations to the Chief AI Officer
  • Responsible for measuring the KPIs related to AI adoption and competencies within DET Business Units.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for AI transformation initiatives
  • Facilitate collaborative discussion workshops and act as a liaison between technical teams and business units
  • Track performance, risks and issues with regards to AI transformation initiatives and escalate when necessary to ensure timely resolution
  • Compile and analyse data related to AI transformation outcomes to support decision-making and continues improvements
  • Generate regular status reports and dashboards for management review
  • Attend and represent DET in government & external meetings related to AI
