About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant instructor to support faculty members, department heads and the College Dean in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences.

This role involves assisting in instruction, supervision, research, advising and student support across both curricular and co‑curricular activities. The ideal candidate will contribute to a positive learning environment and be adaptable to academic schedules and responsibilities.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support faculty in creating a safe, engaging and stimulating learning environment
  • Assist in planning, preparing and delivering daily teaching and learning activities
  • Help develop instructional materials, teaching aids and digital learning tools
  • Support practical sessions in labs, studios, clinics or workshops
  • Conduct tutorial sessions (individual or group) to reinforce concepts
  • Assist in exam proctoring, assessments and academic documentation
  • Participate in college committees and complete tasks assigned by the Dean / HoD or instructors
  • Guide students in experiments, research projects and academic assignments
  • Support internship/practicum activities and student advising processes
  • Assist in organizing co‑curricular and university‑wide events
