About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Guest Relations Manager to join the team at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Oversees duty rosters, attendance, vacation planning, and ensures all administrative tasks for the team are accurately managed.
  • Ensures Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are regularly updated and that all colleagues meet required training hours.
  • Monitors guest feedback daily and collaborates with Business Excellence to address concerns and improve overall service quality.
  • Supports daily operations while leading by example, consistently delivering exceptional customer service and attending key briefings.
  • Acts as Duty Manager when required, fully prepared to handle emergencies and ensure smooth operations during critical situations.
  • Contributes to revenue generation through effective upselling and credit management.
About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications, experience, and skills:

  • A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred for the role.
  • Candidates should have at least 2–3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial position within Front Office operations.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to lead, motivate, and support a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to interact professionally with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • The ability to resolve guest concerns efficiently and make sound decisions under pressure is a key requirement.
  • A solid understanding of Front Office systems, preferably with experience using property management systems like Opera, is necessary.
