Job summary

A luxury hotel chain in Dubai is seeking a Guest Relations Manager to oversee guest inquiries and enhance guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have 5–7 years of experience in a four or five-star hotel, with expertise in front office operations and guest services. Responsibilities include training staff, managing guest relations budgets, and collaborating with various departments to ensure exceptional service. This is a full-time position and Turkish language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services.

  • Participate in special events and VIP guest arrangements
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and local regulations

Qualifications
  • RequiredEducationandExperience: Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality 5–7 years experience in 45-star Hotel
  • Have knowledge of the hotel rate codes package segmentation discounts and how to handle each.
  • Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services
  • Good Communication skills
