Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in creative, branding, or advertising roles, ideally with beauty, fashion, or luxury exposure.
• Strong craft across campaign art direction, photography/video direction, storyboarding, motion, and 3D/retail.
• Experienced in managing creative pipelines and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the founder to interpret and articulate aesthetic direction.
• Codify the founder’s vision into a formal art-direction system for the organization.
• Translate founder’s vision into creatives for campaigns, visual merchandising, and collaborations.
