The ideal candidate should possess solid hands‑on experience in HR operations, with a strong understanding of MOHRE regulations, recruitment, employee relations, and UAE labour law compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles in the real estate sector
  • Support onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
  • Maintain employee files and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist in managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Monitor compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices
  • Provide support for HR-related projects and initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Must have strong understanding of MOHRE regulations, recruitment, employee relations, and UAE labour law compliance.
  • At least 3 years local UAE of HR experience, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software
  • Experience in WPS, payroll and employee relations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Arabic Speaker (Preferred)
