Ensure the smooth and continuous availability of our IBM Maximo and Kronos applications. You’ll be the first line of support for users, manage vendor relationships, and keep our systems running efficiently—supporting daily operations across our hospitality and entertainment experiences. This is a hands‑on role where you'll work closely with users, vendors, and internal teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and user‑friendly solutions.
