• Support the team leader in updating files and schedules.
• Monitor the quality of reports provided by the team.
• Request and provide information on workspace updates.
• Guide and train team members in their roles.
• Evaluate team performance through supervision.
• Check task completion by the Appearance team.
• Communicate on behalf of the team through company channels.
• Respond promptly to requests during working hours.

Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Appearance Shift Supervisor to join our team at ARRISE. In this role, you will be responsible for continuously monitoring (24/7) the appearance of our employees to ensure compliance with our Appearance Guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates the monitoring and reporting of employees’ appearance.
• Supports the team leader in renewing files, formulas, periodically updating the schedule and rotations.
• Constantly monitors the quantity and quality of reports provided by the team to employees.
• Requests information about new studio launches, studio migrations, and updates to table names in portals.
• Provides guidance and training to ensure that team members are competent in their roles.
• Supports the team leader in evaluating team performance through constant supervision of team activities.
• Supervises and checks the completion of tasks by the Appearance team during their work schedule.
• Communicates on behalf of the team through the company's communication channels.
• Responds promptly to any requests received through the company's communication channels during working hours.
