We are seeking a results‑driven and detail‑obsessed Business Analyst to join our team. This role will play a key part in supporting strategic initiatives and operational improvements by finding & analysing data, identifying trends, and translating business needs into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Write queries, compile data, and generate reports utilizing technologies such as RedShift, RDS (MySQL, MSSQL), Spectrum, and ETL.
• Tell a story based on the data, propose insights, and see actions through to completion.
• Work across various teams with fellow Business Analysts and Business Intelligence Engineers to prioritise the right work and deliver on it.

Qualifications

• 2 years of data analytics or automation experience.
• 1 year of complex Excel VBA macros writing experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience gathering business requirements using industry‑standard business intelligence tool(s) to extract data, formulate metrics, and build reports.
• Experience with SQL or ETL.
• Experience with QuickSight dashboard and visual creation.
• Experience working with large complex data sets.
