Responsibilities

1. Creating and Documenting Business Processes :

• Design and document comprehensive business processes & SOPs on Airtable tailored to the unique needs of the luxury travel sector.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and tailor the Airtable system accordingly.
• Ensure processes are scalable, efficient, and align with Ember’s standards of excellence.

2. Implementing Business Processes in Airtable :

• Develop and manage sophisticated Airtable bases, incorporating data management and user-friendly interfaces.
• Integrate business processes within Airtable, optimizing for functionality and ease of use.
• Manage and optimize client and supplier databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Develop and implement robust invoicing processes within Airtable to streamline financial transactions.

3. System Integrations :

• Seamlessly integrate Airtable with essential tools such as Slack for communication, email platforms, WhatsApp and other relevant systems.
• Customize integrations to fit the specific requirements of Ember, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

4. Expertise in Airtable Automations :

• Implement and manage Airtable automations as a part of business process implementation.
• Automate routine tasks to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the business operations.

5. Implementation & Support :

• Provide training and support to team members to ensure effective utilization of the Airtable system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the Airtable system.
