Overview

As a Cabin Technician, you will play a vital role in the maintenance, repair, and inspection of aircraft interiors. From seats and panels to cabin systems, you’ll ensure passenger comfort, safety, and quality while supporting flight readiness. This role reports directly to the Production Manager.

Role and Responsibilities

• Maintain aircraft seats, panels, and other interior items, including cleaning, inspection, and repair in accordance with AMMs
• Carry out work in compliance with company, health and safety, and airport regulations
• Keep the working area FOD-free, clean, and organized before and after each shift
• Ensure materials, parts, tools, and documentation are prepared at the start of each shift
• Return all unused serviceable and unserviceable items to stores with the correct label attached
• Maintain equipment and premises used by maintenance staff in a safe, serviceable condition
• Confirm that all items taken from stores are correctly labelled before being delivered to the aircraft
• Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions with customers
• Stay updated on Technical Notices, Quality Notices, and related technical information
• Participate in required training to improve effectiveness and contribution
• Perform all work in accordance with approved processes and procedures, ensuring safety and compliance
• Follow procedures outlined in the Safety & Quality Management Plan (SQMP) and actively support workplace safety programs

Skills and Experience

• Completion of formal aircraft apprenticeship or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an aircraft maintenance environment
• At least 3 years working as a Cabin Technician
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturer drawings, SRMs, and AMMs
• Must meet criteria for all required security clearances
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
