Job Description

ROLE PROFILE:

  • AI Value Delivery Owner is responsible for driving the execution of AI use cases by translating the product vision into actionable work for delivery teams and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams throughout the AI product lifecycle

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and manage the product backlog in alignment with strategic goals and AI use case priorities
  • Prioritize features and tasks based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility
  • Translate business needs into design requirements by liaising with business, design, and domain experts
  • Engage technical teams to ensure that requirements are feasible and clearly understood for execution
  • Ensure clear communication of goals and progress across all teams involved in AI product delivery
  • Track and assess delivery against expected outcomes to ensure product features drive tangible value for both users and the business
  • Support change management and adoption
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and gather user feedback to inform future iterations and roadmap planning
Qualifications
  • ~8 years of experience in product ownership or digital product delivery, preferably in AI, fintech, or data-driven environments
  • Proven ability to manage backlogs, write effective user stories, and prioritize features in agile teams
  • Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle and ability to work alongside data scientists, engineers, and designers
  • Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Expertise in AI governance, risk management and regulatory compliance within financial services sector (preferred, not core requirement)
  • Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (AI, Data Science, Computer Science, or Engineering)
