Job Description: We are seeking an experienced AI Product Leader / AI Technical Strategy Consultant to drive the pre-sales, engagement and showcase our AI Factory programs for major public‑sector clients in the UAE. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, applied AI, and executive advisory, requiring a polished communicator who can work confidently with C‑suite leaders across government entities. You will co‑lead the creation of AI initiatives “from discovery and opportunity assessment to solution design, product development, deployment, and value realisation.” You will collaborate with clients and our internal data, engineering, and design teams to shape robust AI solutions that are secure, scalable, and aligned with national priorities. In addition, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior government stakeholders, helping them define long‑term AI roadmaps, operating models, and governance frameworks. This role is ideal for a seasoned AI consultant who thrives in high‑visibility environments, communicates with clarity and authority, and can translate complex technical concepts into strategic recommendations. You will play a core role in advancing the UAE’s digital transformation agenda and developing cutting‑edge AI products with tangible impact on public services.

AI Strategy & Advisory

• Lead AI visioning, strategy definition, and roadmap creation for public sector clients.
• Advise C‑level executives on AI opportunities, operating models, and governance standards.
• Translate policy objectives into actionable AI initiatives aligned with national strategies.

AI Factory Leadership

• Architect and oversee end‑to‑end delivery of AI Factory projects, from ideation to deployment.
• Shape and validate high‑value use cases grounded in data, feasibility, and impact.
• Work with cross‑functional teams (data science, engineering, design, PMO) to ensure execution excellence.

Product Ownership & Execution

• Define product requirements, technical specifications, and success metrics.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, and day‑to‑day decision‑making.
• Ensure AI products are scalable, secure, and compliant with responsible AI practices.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Present strategic insights, product updates, and technical recommendations to C‑suite officials.
• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and executive briefings.
• Build trusted advisor relationships across government ministries and agencies.

Delivery Excellence

• Manage timelines, risks, and interdependencies across multiple project streams.
• Ensure documentation, reporting, and governance are maintained to rigorous standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and AI Factory methodologies.

Qualifications & Experience

• 8‑12+ years of experience in AI, data, digital transformation, or technical product leadership.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise‑scale AI/ML, Gen AI, LLMs or advanced analytics products.
• Strong product management experience across discovery, design, build, and deployment.
• Demonstrated ability to present to and influence C‑suite and senior public‑sector leaders.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Practical understanding of LLMs, agentic systems, MLOps, data platforms, and cloud architectures.
• Experience working in consulting, professional services, or high‑complexity environments.
• Expertise in translating business problems into technical solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Preferred – Experience working in the UAE public sector or broader MENA government ecosystem.
• Preferred – Familiarity with UAE and GCC national digital agendas, AI strategies, or sector‑specific public programs.
• Preferred – Background in AI governance, responsible AI, or regulatory compliance.
• Preferred – Arabic language skills (a plus but not required).
• Preferred – Prior experience setting up or operating an AI Factory, Center of Excellence, or similar capability.
