Overview

WSP is seeking a highly organised AI Project Manager to support the delivery of AI-driven initiatives within the Properties and Building (P&B) Business Unit. This role will work closely with senior leadership, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure the successful execution of AI programmes aligned with P&B governance and enterprise objectives.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery
  Manage end-to-end delivery of AI projects within the P&B portfolio. Ensure alignment with P&B governance, timelines, and enterprise standards. Monitor budgets, resources, and KPIs for AI initiatives. Drive adherence to quality assurance processes and compliance requirements.
• Stakeholder Coordination
  Act as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and external partners. Facilitate decision-making and maintain clear communication on progress, risks, and dependencies. Support leadership in driving adoption and optimising outcomes. Conduct stakeholder workshops to identify AI opportunities and prioritise initiatives.
• Governance & Reporting
  Prepare detailed project reports and dashboards for P&B and senior leadership. Ensure compliance with organisational frameworks and risk management protocols. Track measurable impact and ROI of AI programmes. Maintain accurate documentation of project scope, deliverables, and change requests.
• Strategic Alignment
  Translate business objectives into actionable AI project plans. Identify and mitigate risks proactively to ensure successful delivery. Evaluate emerging AI tools and recommend adoption where relevant. Promote best practices for AI implementation across the properties and building business.
