About the Team

Our Agency Indies team is responsible for driving sustained revenue growth and ad product usage across independent agencies (indies) in the METAP region. This includes prospecting for new indie agencies and onboarding them on TikTok, helping agency aggregators scale via tech solutions/APIs and/or streamlined operational processes, driving new account acquisition via indies, helping agencies drive TikTok revenue growth and supporting agencies in the adoption of TikTok best practices and solutions. The METAP Indies agency region includes MENA, Türkiye, South Africa, Central Asia and Eastern Europe.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, coach and up‑skill team of Direct agency partners with a focus on direct sales excellence.
  • Drive team performance and hyper growth, including new market prospection.
  • Nurture, forecast and track revenue performance across the agency portfolio.
  • Ensure healthy and sustained pipeline of new indies agencies and accounts.
  • Engage with agency C‑level and leadership.
  • Liaise with cross functional teams including API support and Monetization Integrity to support hyper‑scaling of aggregator agencies.
  • Drive solutions uptake and usage via agencies, in line with TikTok quarterly product objectives.
  • Support the TikTok Commercial team on the negotiation, rollout and maintenance of commercial agreements.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in the media agency ecosystem and understanding of digital media platforms and ad solutions.
  • Proven track record in direct sales, including prospecting, pipeline management, and conversion.
  • Ability to drive revenue growth and manage a book of business effectively.
  • Experience collaborating with agency and client leadership, as well as cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in MarTech and AdTech.
  • Experience in media planning.
